Andrew D. Sitzer, Esq.
Andrew D. Sitzer has extensive experience aggressively fighting for the little guy in a wide variety of practice areas. Attorney Sitzer received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Southern California School of Law.
Mr. Sitzer started his legal career as an associate at a firm before realizing that the big firm lifestyle conflicted with his strong desire to help people. Soon thereafter in 2006, Mr. Sitzer started his own private practice specializing in both criminal defense and civil litigation. He’s been making a difference in people’s lives ever since.
Recognizing the importance of giving back to the community, Mr. Sitzer donates hundreds of hours each year to non-profit causes. Additionally, Mr. Sitzer offers free legal advice by phone and hosts free pro-bono clinics for indigent individuals at Western Service Workers Association in Santa Ana.
Mr. Sitzer is especially proud to support OC Small Paws, a no-kill, rescue for cats and kittens.
Thomas Mann, Esq.
Thomas Mann is an Associate Attorney at Sitzer Legal. He focuses on helping people who have been seriously injured, as well as fighting against elder abuse and wrongful terminations.
Mr. Mann graduated cum laude from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law where Mr. Mann sat on the Executive Board of the Law Review. Before law school, Mr. Mann earned his B.A. in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of San Diego.
Mr. Mann is currently a member of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA). Mr. Mann is especially proud of his past work with the Chapman Elder Law Clinic supporting indigent elders with pro-bono conservatorships, guardianships, and other free services for those in need.
Randall H. Paliwoda, Esq.
Randall Paliwoda is an Associate Attorney at Sitzer Legal, where he represents injured victims. He has worked with clients on a wide array of cases including elder abuse, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, employment discrimination, wage-and-hour violations, and misdemeanor criminal offenses.
Mr. Paliwoda’s ambition to become an attorney developed while attending Sonoma State University, where he completed an undergraduate degree with an emphasis in pre-law and applied ethics.
He earned his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School.
As a Southern Californian native, he is passionate about fighting for the rights of consumers and plaintiffs throughout the Southern California area.
He is currently an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), and Orange County Bar Association (OCBA).

Attorney James Morris runs the Los Angeles office of Sitzer Legal. His practice focuses on complex litigation including elder abuse, serious injury, and insurance bad-faith.
